"Apart from plain illustration purposes, flashcards can be used to support memorization by way of spaced repetition. A method to achieve this was proposed by the German science popularizer Sebastian Leitner in the 1970s. In his method, known as the Leitner system, flashcards are sorted into groups according to how well you know each one. This is how it works: you try to recall the solution written on a flashcard. If you succeed, you send the card to the next group. But if you fail, you send it back to the first group." (Wikipedia)
Yet others lead whenthey are charged with the current of inspiration;
Some are effective onlyunder the influence of the strong magnetic field of another;
Yet still others grow into leadersthrough the coaching strokes of those they follow.
Leadership is the magnetic conductor in motionthat brings the dynamo of enterprise to life.
Without good leadership, an organisation is inert, an ore that can be minedand exploited, but that remains lifeless, without a soul.
Under an authentic leader, an organisation is animated, a magnetised bodywith intrinsic power, a magician of movement, alive with spirit.
